What My Clients Say

Testimonials

Mrs. Nina Abi Fadel gave me and our fundraising officer perfect training in writing proposals. Because of her transparency, devotion, and follow-up, Al Younbouh was able to receive most of the grants it applied to. Ms. Fadel is a loyal and very efficient consultant. She helped Al Younbouh in creating a fundraising department from scratch. Her input contributed to fully equipping the center, for which we will be forever grateful.

I have worked with Mrs. Nina Abi Fadel in my capacity as head of fundraising for a Lebanese NGO, the Lebanon Mountain Trail Association (LMTA). Throughout her engagement, Nina guided our team in developing a structured, thorough, and impactful fundraising strategy. She also provided capacity-building and coaching sessions for our team. Her participatory approach is captivating. She fostered teamwork and engaged the team in a highly effective way.

Mrs. Nina Abi Fadel was the Fundraising Consultant at Orphan Welfare Society in Saida between 2014 and 2018. Mrs. Abi Fadel was efficient in putting a fundraising plan that we are still following till now as it fulfills all the requirements for our mission and vision. Most valuable was her extended support during the implementation phase of the strategy and the coaching of the development committee in improving the fundraising infrastructure at the organization.

It was a real pleasure working with Nina. We were looking for a consultant who could help advise us on how our NGO could transition from a non-profit to a social enterprise model; Nina offered great feedback, insights, and ideas on different types of revenue streams, (I recall they were very creative!) and provided guidance on developing our business plan. She has a huge passion for social impact – I highly recommend working with her!

Mrs. Nina Abi Fadel had proposed a valuable fundraising strategy to CDLL in August 2016. She based her approach on a thorough organizational assessment and a substantial search of opportunities. She advanced a diversified basis of fund resources and inquiry scenarios. CDLL management, headed by Mrs. Souraya Frem Baroud, appreciated her professional and ethical contribution.

Working with Nina is the real deal, and as we say in French “Joindre l’utile à l’agréable”. One will have an effective and efficient output framed in innovative ideas. Every challenge we faced always had an out of the box solution where Nina flipped it into opportunity.

I worked with Mrs. Nina Abi Fadel for over six months, and she displayed clear professionalism and dedication to improve the organizational capabilities and increase the knowledge of civil society organization (CSO) networks and faith-based organizations (FBOs) in Lebanon. Her expertise in fundraising and grants management was highly appreciated by all organizations who expressed their enthusiasm and gratitude for the quality of the training provided. We thank Mrs. Abi Fadel for her valuable contribution and support to these organizations in strengthening their capacities to solicit for funding more effectively from donors and other external funding sources towards improving the long-term sustainability of their future operations.

The SEF, service de l’Enfant et de la Mère au Foyer, is a Lebanese NGO supported by the French Foundation Action Enfance. The SEF has renewed its project over the past years and needed to engage in a broad auditing process: a review of existing means and organization, risks and opportunities analysis, strategic orientations, communication, and financing guidelines (especially through public funds and private donations). Nina was a valuable asset to bring together the team at SEF and Action Enfance representatives into this process, integrate all levels of topics at stake, conciliate cultural understandings, and identify practical orientations. The collaboration with Nina was rich and productive, at a turning point in the SEF’s life.
